在工業(yè)線材生產(chǎn)中，線材直徑測量是非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)，為了提高在線測徑的效率，設(shè)計
了基于ARM、光學系統(tǒng)和CCD 的在線測徑系統(tǒng)。通過ARM 處理器驅(qū)動CCD 并對CCD 的輸出信號進行處理，實現(xiàn)對線材直徑的在線高速測量。利用μC/OS-?? 嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)，提高了系統(tǒng)的擴展性和穩(wěn)定性。該系統(tǒng)具有檢測速度快、可靠性高和非接觸測量等優(yōu)點。

Abstract: In the industrial production of wire rod, wire diameter measurement is a very important part. In order to improve the efficiency of on-line diameter measurement, it designs an on-line diameter measurement system which based on the ARM, optical system and CCD. Through the ARM processor drivers the CCD and processes deferent signal of the CCD, it implements the high-speed on-line measurement of the wire diameter. The applications of μC/OS-?? embedded real-time operating system improve the scalability and stability of the system. The system has many advantages such as fast detection, high reliability, non-contact measurement and so on.
